The Pic-Epeiche is a funny bird!

This green woodpecker lives in fir woods. Its colourful feathers enlighten the forest and it is easely recognizable thanks to its famous "toc-toc". It is a smart and greedy little bird which belongs to the scansores family. It hits and splits the bark of the trees to feed himself.

It is very useful as its favourite food is made of nasty buds which ruin the agriculture.

Since the creation of Pic-Epeiche in 1947, we have kept a
traditional and handcrafted style of production.

Each piece of furniture is made with solid wood from the region of "Jura" (east part of france). Our special techniques of hand painting let appear the grains of the fir. Each piece of furniture is hand-stained and hand-varnished.

Thanks to a "savoir-faire" which has been transmitted from a generation to the other, Pic-Epeiche guarantees good quality and anthentic furniture. Each piece of furniture will stand by your child for a very long time...
